Within 30 minutes, a car went missing from its parking spot on West Highland Avenue, police said.

On July 5, at 4 p.m., the owner of a Ford Focus parked the car on the unit block of West Highland, near the intersection with Germantown Avenue. At 4:30 p.m., he realized the car was missing, according to the report.

The owner told police that The Club theft prevention device was on the steering wheel of the car. The car, which was reported having a value of $4,000, is a tan, 2003 Ford Focus, with a Pennsylvania registration plate number 06826PD, and vehicle identification number of 1FAFP34P13W244472.
