It's Ash Wednesday time, which means it will be going on at Mt. Airy churches then.

Following Fat Tuesday, the holidlay ushers in Roman Catholic worldwide to the 40-day observance of Lent.

Mt. Airy's Catholic churches will celebrate the Holy Day of Obligation at numerous times Wednesday. Catholics are asked to fast and abstain from meat in accordance to Catholic law.
