14th District to Hold Public Forum
Residents can ask their questions about crime in the area on Tuesday.
Residents with questions or concerns about crime in the 14th district will get a chance to speak their minds on Tuesday.
The 14th District is hosting a police service area meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at district headquarters on Haines Street. The meeting will provided residents of Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy a forum to speak to Lieutenant DeShawn Beaufort about crime concerns and questions about policing in the area.
The meeting is open to the public and is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
Residents observing Yom Kippur that night can send their questions in to Lt. Beaufort by faxing 215-685-2199, according to a release on the West Mt. Airy Neighbors website.
