The 14th district has a new community relations office.

According to some tweets from an officer in the department, district police officer Hall will be the new community relations officer for Chestnut Hill and Mt. Airy, taking the place of promoted officer and former liaison Capt. Joel Dales.

Officer Ortiz will be taking over for Hall in the district's preventative crime representative.
