Three Pennsylvania State Senators, the NAACP, AARP and Public Interest Law Center join forces to empower disenfranchised voters

WHAT: A press conference with an important message for the 186,000 local citizens without photo IDs:  take action now so you can vote in the 2012 presidential election.  Senator Washington will provide information about the new Voter ID laws in Pennsylvania, showcase acceptable forms of ID, tell voters how to get IDs at little or no cost and inform voters about their rights at the polls.

Need assistance?  Senator Washington urges constituents to turn to the State lawmakers who represent their districts.
